I am adopting as part of a student group.
Your group should choose a liaison from your members and have that liaison contact gtgb @ restech.wustl.edu by November 1st. In your e-mail you should include the following information:

    1. Name of your group
    2. Name of your chosen contact person
    3. E-mail address of your chosen contact person
    4. Phone number of your chosen contact person
    5. Number of families the group wishes to adopt
    6. The approximate* number of people per family your group wishes to adopt.

*We cannot guarantee this number, but we will try to assign a family in size close to that which was requested.

Someone from the Give Thanks Give Back committee will contact the liaison and assign them a St. Louis family to adopt. The liaison will receive the assigned family's "case" which includes information about the family such as clothing and shoe sizes for each member of the family as well as a list of any items specially requested by the family. This information will be sent out in an e-mail with suggestions for gift buying and instructions for the gift drop off. All gifts should be turned in to the Campus Y November 7-11 from 10 AM to 4 PM. We also encourage you to plan to attend the Gift- wrapping Parties on November 12th and 19th in Umrath Hall from 10 AM to 5 PM.

You should look for sign up tables in Mallinckrodt on October 25-27, from 11 AM to 1 PM, or in Wohl on October 26-27, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. There you can sign up for a family, or you can e-mail us at gtgb @ restech.wustl.edu with the following information:

    1. Your name
    2. Your e-mail address

    4. Number of families you wish to adopt
    5. The approximate* number of people per family you wish to adopt. There        are many cases that list one individual to adopt; do not feel that you have to        adopt more, but you are welcome to adopt as many people as you like.
