Purpose:

The purpose of the Justin X. Carroll Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary at Washington Universiy is to recognize the top one percent of residence hall leaders on campus through induction, and to revognize outstanding achievements, programs and service within the residence hall community each month through Of The Month Awards.

Meetings:

Meetings of he Justin X. Carroll Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary shall be held at least once a month, and more often at the discretion of the officers. Members shall attend as many meetings as possible. Decisions made at the meetings will be done on a consensus basis when possible; when impossible, each member shall receive one vote on the matter at hand.
