To order, please fill out the number of 5 gallon water bottles you would like to receive each month, the number of coolers you would like to order, and the number of months you will be receiving deliveries.  We recommend 1 bottle per person a month, i.e. if you and your roommate are sharing a cooler, you should order 1 cooler and 2 bottles.  Please also record the number of months you would like to receive deliveries. There are 4 months per semester, therefore please type in 4 months for 1 semester, or 8 months for 2 semesters. If you would like to order for less months please indicate the desired number of months.
